Application Guidelines
Every individual over the age of 18 intending to reside at Springwood Meadows must apply, qualify, and be a signer on the Lease Agreement. The only exception given is to dependants of lease holders, as in the case of college students living with parents.
What is the application fee?
Application fee $35.00 per person. This is a non-refundable fee.
There is also a $300 non-refundable refurbishing fee, Due upon signing of the Lease.
Security Deposit
The security deposit of One full month’s rent is due the day of submitting your application thereby taking your desired apartment off the market in your name. (Security deposits are only refundable if your application is denied.)
Application must be complete and signed in order to be processed.
2 cars are permitted per apartment and must be registered with the office.
Pets are welcome with restrictions please call for details
If you have a pet there is a $500 non-refundable pet fee. We also require an additional Security Deposit, which is equal to one months rent, that would be refundable barring any damages caused by the pet.
Approval Criteria
By signing your Application for Residency, you are authorizing Springwood Meadows, LLC to view your credit and criminal history. We will examine the past 2 years. All roommates must qualify individually to be approved
Rental Rates
- 2 Bedroom apartments start at $1375*
- 3 Bedroom apartments start at $1425*
*Rates are based on a 12 month lease, do not include utilities, and are subject to change without notice, as are other ancillary fees.
